All stained glass pieces are carefully wrapped in recycled eco bubble wrap, nestled in hamper straw inside a sturdy box.

Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of payment as I make each piece to order. You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched with an estimated time period for delivery, and a tracking number if outside the UK.
Free postage applies to all UK orders which are sent via Royal Mail by 1st class delivery. These will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days.
Orders to the rest of the World are sent by Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed for service. Depending on the country, this will take between 3 and 10 working days. Orders to Europe tend to take between 3 and 6 working days.
Large orders are usually sent in more than one package. I will let you know in advance if this is the case.
Please be aware that Royal Mail’s international postal service is normally reliable, but there may occasionally be delays or late deliveries beyond my control when shipping overseas.
