Payment
I accept payment either through PayPal or by debit or credit card.
Shipping
Shop items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you and let you know. I make every piece to order myself, by hand, from raw materials.
All items are carefully wrapped in recycled bubble wrap and packed with plenty of paper straw inside a sturdy postage box.
International customers please note – packages outside of Europe may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I do not consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money.
Refunds
I want you to be happy with your order, and will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues!
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within five days of receiving it.
I will only accept a return if the item is undamaged and in its original condition. If so, I will refund the full purchase price (less shipping) on receiving the item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I’m sorry but commissions and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
