All stained glass pieces are carefully wrapped in recycled eco bubble wrap, nestled in hamper straw inside a sturdy box.

Gift wrapping and personalised notes can be added on request at an extra cost of £3. Please email any special requests to me at enquiries@scarabstainedglass.com

Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of payment as I make each piece to order. You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched with an estimated time period for delivery.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail by standard delivery, which are delivered in 2 to 3 working days.

Orders to Europe are sent either by Royal Mail International Standard delivery, or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service - please select your preferred option on check-out. These take between 5 to 8 working days. For orders over £35 I recommend the Tracked and Signed delivery option.

Orders to the rest of the World are sent by Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed for service. Depending on the country, this will take between 5 and 20 working days.

Large orders are usually sent in more than one package. I will let you know in advance if this is the case.

Please be aware that Royal Mail’s international postal service is normally reliable, but there may occasionally be delays or late deliveries beyond my control when shipping overseas.
